Introduction

Device sharing is a feature that allows user to share its own device to other users by using thier email address.

How to Enable

Existing device must be setup and working as intended.
Go to SETTINGS ⚙️
Go to DEVICE MANAGEMENT
Select -Your Device- Under My Devices
Go to DEVICE SHARING
Select Share To New Account
Enter the user's EMAIL to be shared to
Select the sharing period (Use Indefinitely for permanenet sharing)
Select SHARE
User need to accept the sharing request

Shared User Side (Accept the device)

Ensure the device owner has shared to device
Go to SETTINGS ⚙️
Go to DEVICE MANAGEMENT
Select Shared With Me tab
Your should see the shared device
Select -Shared device-
Accept the sharing
Your should be able to control the device now

Notes

Currently, once the user has accepted the sharing request, the sharing can only be removed by the device owner.

Go to SETTINGS ⚙️
Go to DEVICE MANAGEMENT
Select -Your Device to remove sharing- Under My Devices
Go to DEVICE SHARING
Select -User to remove
Select REMOVE SUB ACCOUNT

Notes

If a user you wish to remove is not listed, it means that the user has been automatically removed after the sharing period expired.
